Job Description:

  • Collect and register request and incidents from users
  • Give feedback to user about request and incidents
  • Solves request and incident from users
  • Report and escalation critical incidents to involved team
  • Giving support to user about application system
  • Creating report about request and incidents including responses time and resolution time


  •          Minimum Diploma Degree in Information Technology, computer science or equivalen
  •          Fresh Graduate or 1 years experience
  •          Willing to work on shifting schedule
  •          Patience and desire to help others
  •          Able to work in team and independently
  •          Confirm the level of urgency to end users
  •          Good analytical and problem solving skills
  •          Familiar with application helpdesk
  •         Applicants must be willing to work in Central Jakarta
