The Ascott Limited is a subsidiary of CapitaLand, a Singapore company that has grown to be one of the leading international serviced residence owner-operators in America, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. The company's brands include Ascott, Citadines, Somerset, Quest, The Crest Collection and lyf. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage efficiently operations and cost control of all departments and facilities.
  • Responsible for financial numbers, such as Profit and Loss, EBITDA, ADR, budget etc. 
  • Review the productivity of the various departments and works with the respective departments to increase efficiency.
  • Ensures that all staffs receive timely skills upgrading and relevant training, such as ‘Ascott Moment’ training / briefing, OJT for new hire etc.
  • Spearhead the Environmental, Health and Safety initiative, ensuring the workplace is safe, the environment is protected and any risk is removed or mitigated.
  • Work with Human Resources on the recruitment and hiring of department heads and key positions as per DOA.
  • Review guests’ feedback and strive to improve on services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key constituents, such as JV partners, third party owners, union, suppliers, government and regulatory bodies, so as to ensure ongoing success of the business
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislations; fire, licensing, Labour law etc.
  • Ensure that Ascott Policies and Standards are maintained at all times, and that any corporate initiatives are implemented effectively.
  • The attainment and maintenance of service levels that exceed expectations.
  • Responsible for building and sustaining the Ascott culture and brand values
  • Manage the common areas under PPRS as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 6-8 years working experience in similar responsibility and from five stars hotels are more preferred
  • Posses Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field, from hospitality background is more preferred
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking and possess "CAN DO" attitude 
  • Strong leadership and team player with the ability to do multi-tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
