Deskripsi Pekerjaan/ Job Description

  • Maintaining communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly and month-end reports regarding operations 
  • Monitoring the implementation of  the company procedures and proposes revisions or improvements when required 
  • Direct supervision of Customer Services and Operations  Department 
  • Analysis of the costs with the target of minimizing them whenever possible  
  • Direct communication with existing clients  and Assistance in researching new ones and promoting the company 
  • Selecting new sub-contractors and auditing the existing ones  
  • Supervising The Billing and A/R Dept and making sure that the invoices are issued promptly and corresponding payment by our clients arranged without delay 
  • Managing and training the staff, proposing  and selecting new employees together with HR & GA Department 
  • Assisting  in evaluating and reporting  staff’s work performance 
  • Assisting in managing the security and safety of the branch, by analyzing security and safety policies and procedures. 
  • In contact with the local authorities when required 
  • Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline 
  • Minimum 7 years of having the local experience as Branch Manager in Freight forwarding, PPJK, Mining and Marine Offshore projects related matters 
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia  
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Must possess leadership and supervisory skills 
  • Competencies in computer skills, particularly in MS Office ( Word, Excel, and Powerpoint ) 
  • Able to manage multi-functional tasks  
  • To be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan but must be able to travel for business related matters
