Main Job Description:
  • Map, prioritise and pursue business opportunities with new customer prospects with focus on category growth and portfolio deployment in line with the company market strategy
  • Project management - develop/build and work with a cross functional team to execute detailed project plans supporting key business. Implementing proposal development until project monitoring
  • Business development - work with business leadership team to identify, plan, develop, and execute specific initiatives that will grow volume
  • Customer management - support commercial activities with existing customers and develop relationships and also potential customer.
  • Stakeholder management – responsible for building, maintaining and improving company image towards all stakeholders
  • Market research/intelligence - develop broad and deep understanding of selected markets, consumers, customers, and distribution channel
Requirements:
 
  • Min S1, majoring in Public Relations, Information Telecommunication, Business Administration, Communication and Management from reputable University with IPK Min. 3.00/4.00
  • Have 2 years of experience from F&B Company is an advantage
  • Having good Presentation skill with adequate computer skills of Microsoft Office; able to work with design software will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skill. Good comment in English is a must (written & verbal)
  • A Highly driven and self motivated individual who’s able to work mobile, creative minded and innovation thinker
  • Possess Good attitude, Discipline, fast learner, able to work under pressure, and able to meet deadline
