Job Descriptions:
  • Handling inbound calls for Credit Cards/Banking, also render accurate customer service to Citibank Customers and ensuring satisfactory resolution to all the queries of the customers are provided;
  • Optimize cross-selling through all inbound calls and promote initiatives that the business deems important (interesting benefit package provided);
  • Be part of the dynamic team to provide optimum service to all customers ensuring effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers; process financial entries/adjustment on customers’ account if necessary.
  • Good communication in English;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3), any field;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably 1-2 years of experience;
  • Having a clear voice and knowledge about banking Industry will be an advantage;
  • Passion towards service and able to work under pressure;
  • A good team player with commitment and initiative, mature, self-motivated and multi-tasking;
  • Willing to work under shift schedule
