  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Advertising/Media, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Has technical skills: Contact Center Operational
  • Good in problem solving
  • Excellent in maintain relation with client
  • Strong communication skills
  • Has a good appearance
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluently in English is a must.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
