Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares construction budget by studying home plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each elevation.
  2. Evaluates offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and site requirements.
  3. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
  4. Break down all expenses related to a project including materials, labor, and other resources.
  5. Perform onsite investigations before, during, and after project.
  6. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends


  1. Have a Degree majoring in Engineering from reputable university
  2. 8 years’ experience in cost estimation in Engineering and Construction projects
  3. Fluent in written and spoken English language.
  4. Having ability to analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Estimating, Decision Making, Teamwork, Documentation Skills, Quality Focus
  5. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
