Job Descriptions
  • Counter check the completeness of credit memo pack, correct DOA, prior to approval and proper distribution approved document to related party on post approval
  • Maintenance of credit renewal information in system (i.e. next review date, Basel information, credit ray information, BI rating) upon full approval
  • Proper original collateral document safekeeping, maintenance and release (temporary/permanent) within SLA
  • Providing confirmation on SWIFT message and prepares SBLC confirmation/discharged message
  • Providing monthly report to related party within SLA (i.e. pending activation case report, approved rejected memo report, and temporary withdrawal report)
  • Review and doing safekeeping of credit documentation files on regular basis
  • Deliver requested documents to auditor correctly and on good time manner
  • As backup of Credit Operational Manager for daily transaction process.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Law .
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
