Responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
  • Customer oriented
  • To be able handling complain from customer and solve it with customer satisfaction
  • To maintain product knowledge about the brands
  • To influence and pursue customer to get their approval for proceed all repair needed
  • To do upselling from all repairs
  • To educated customer in term of how to maintenance their time piece to avoid miss handling and further complains
  • To inform watch ready for collection for all customer regularly
  • To follow up repairs pending for approval
  • Minimize complain and delay repair
  • One or more years of responsibilities related to experiences in hospitality industry
  • Possess positive attitude with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to approach customer and dealing with them
  • Ability to handle variants of complain and solve it directly with customer orientation
  • Office administration
  • Good knowledge of basic computer (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Having proficiency in both verbal and writing English is a must
  • Having flexibility in work schedule is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as operational need may require
  • Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
