Deskripsi Pekerjaan/ Job Description


You will be reporting directly to Commercial Manager and mainly responsible for leading Customer Service team, to ensure that the team performance will provide good quality and communication, smooth handling, high service quality towards the customers as well as smooth co-operations with local / overseas operational department of DSV.

To do your above roles, we are expecting your qualifications as below points:

  • Diploma Degree or University Degree is preferable.
  • Experience in commercial support / customer service function in freight forwarding / logistic / shipping industry for at least 5 years.
  • Experience in leading a team and good record of leadership skill.
  • Fluent in English.
