- The ability to work as a team player.

- Holding a University degree in engineering with at least three year experience in a technical support management and/or hardware/software service position.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate (both written & verbal) with peers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong culture of teamwork which can be used as an example to other parts of the company.
- A proactive, persuasive, mature and driving attitude.
- Has a willingness to relocate to Bandung.
