  • Provide counselling to prospective students and their parents on the programmes
  • Sales & marketing activities to promote programmes offered
  • Strategise and implement plans to increase student applications and admissions
  • Initiate and maintain good working relationships with schools/agents
  • Represent SIM in marketing activities: roadshows, exhibitions, and counselling sessions
  • Drive recruitment activities for the assigned area of coverage
  • Execute and implement partner school initiative
  • Provide on-going training, support and detailed programme knowledge to recruitment agents
  • Travel extensively to attend recruitment and outreach activities, seminars, and training events to build strong and lasting relationships with current and prospective students, families, agents, partners and other external institutions
  • Execute efficient and streamlined processes for all stages of the recruitment process (enquiry, application, assessment, offer, acceptance, student pass applications, orientation, etc.) with a strong focus on conversion of enquiries to applications
  • Responsible to deliver Key Performance Indicators for the assigned area of coverage
  • Coordinate and be the key contact person for marketing initiatives with appointed media agencies and partners. Provide an overview for the most relevant content for our regional consumers and markets, with the intent to enhance the SIM branding.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing; Communications; Business; International Relations 
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in international education/recruitment industry in Indonesia
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge, experience in digital, media buy, social media management, would be advantageous
