Job Description:
  • Handle Air Freight and Sea Freight Operation Involving Documentation & delivery arrangement
  • To Ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately and following the right system a procedure in order to achieve excellent service
  • Booking to carriers, liaising with customer and agents and sending pre-alert to agents
  • Check/Submit Manifest to Airline and Shipping line
  • Handling import process from receiving pre-alert from agents, working with carriers and liasing with customers and agents
  • Handling custom clearance process
  • Communicate by email with Agent/Customer/Head Office
  • Handle Customer request and give notice arrival/delay
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree from any field
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding and/or Logistics
  • Certified Customs and Excise Professional (PPJK License) preferred (will be an advantage)
  • Familiar with Customs Formality for export and import
  • Good Computer Skill
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline
  • Responsible and can work proactively
  • Detail oriented, fast learner and self-motivated
