Deskripsi Pekerjaan/ Job Description

  • To check and control Building maintenance & cleanliness, all Insurance matters (property, vehicle, health, fidelity etc) including safety and security matters.
  • To check and control all GA payments including for daily operational cars.
  • To supervise vehicle arrangement (maintenance, insurance, license, usage etc).
  • To check and or prepare all report of GA matters (Insurance, Assets, Expense etc).
  • To check and control all costs and expenses related to GA matters.
  • To manage, check, control, monitor and responsible for all GA staffs for their daily job.
  • Responsible of GA’  KPI/MQO achievement.
  • To monitor the compliance of company licenses and legal permits not overdue or violate the regulations.
  • Min. 35 years.
  • S1 preferably from Technical majors.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Willing to work overtime and under pressure.
  • Energetic and love challenges.
  • Fluent in spoken and written english.
  • Very good command of MS Office applications and preferably able to operate autocad, visio.
  • Willing to work outdoor/ in field.
  • Working days include 2 Saturdays in a month.
