- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Has previous experience as head chef
- Fully capable to control and costing recipe and food cost in general
- Control of daily market list
- Set up of each kitchen section to have an efficient workflow
- Minimize wastage
- Quality minded and gets the best suitable product for the best price
- Is able to motivate the staff and has a positive attitude
- Follow established checklists and is able to execute monthly inventory
- Has a high standard of Food& Personal hygiene
- Establish work discipline for all staff
- Team orientated
- Basic English is essential
