  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s):¬†English
  • At least 2¬†Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Has previous experience as head chef
  • Fully capable to control and costing recipe and food cost in general
  • Control of daily market list
  • Set up of each kitchen section to have an efficient workflow
  • Minimize wastage
  • Quality minded and gets the best suitable product for the best price
  • Is able to motivate the staff and has a positive attitude
  • Follow established checklists and is able to execute monthly inventory
  • Has a high standard of Food& Personal hygiene
  • Establish work discipline for all staff
  • Team orientated
  • Basic English is essential
