  • Recruitment activity from end to end process of publishing, filtering candidates, interviewing until hiring confirmation.  
  • Recruitment according to the company projects pipeline resources requirement.
  • Talent development strategy to leverage in skill and corporate culture development.
  • Finding the right people and skill talent in right position in company vacant position.
  • Analyzing performance for human resources.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human resource from reputable University.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in recruitment, talent and development.
  • Having past experiences in head hunter company preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • Excellent Oral Communication skills; able to speak clearly and concisely; solid group presentation skills.
