- Review and Update structure organization
- Continuing talent management system, performance appraisal, key performance indicators
- Conduct job analysis, Job Description Writing & Updated, Job Evaluation, Job Grading
- Experienced to conduct Work Load Analysis, Time Motion Study etc
- Full Knowledge for Salary Structure & Talent Management
- Handled Annual Performance Appraisal Project and Proposed PA Result and Implementation
- As a HR Analyst for all employees movement and strategic action
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience as HR Organization Development - Specialist
- Strong Knowledge with Organization Development & Human Capital Concept
- Fast learning, Strong in analytical thinking & conceptual skill and can create innovation action in People Development
- Good in Negotiation & Dealing with all Manager and Able making Good Presentation to Management
- Able to work under pressure, good teamwork, and good communication skill.
- Placement at Hayam Wuruk - Jakarta.
