Job Summary:
  •  Ensure all HUB transactions Policy & Procedure are adhered.
  •  Identify risk to customer transaction and ensure preventive action to avoid risk occurred are in place
  • Ensure all HUB transactions are processed in accordance with the delegation of duties and limit assigned by management.
  • Ensure client and service excellence is delivered at all times with superior execution.
  • Responsible in managing all HUB transactions processed and validation on timely basis with zero defect.
  • Monitor and ensure that all receive documents (Opening, Maintenance, Closing account) from SPOKE branch already reconcile, filling and sending properly vendor
  • Monitor and ensure that complete modification already done for all New CIF documents receive from SPOKE branch in core banking system
  • Monitor and ensure that HUB transaction documents are filed properly
  • Check all transaction every end of day and ensure no transactions left behind without executed or validated.
  • Identify and escalating all issues to management immediately
  • Ensure that have understanding about APU-PPT process as per policy and procedure
Job requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field. 
  • Solid knowledge and understanding on Banking Operation. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
