Job Descriptions include, but not limited to:
  • Recruitment
    • Responsible for the hiring process and recruitment of employees
    • Draft employee’s contract in accordance with laws, regulations and hotel needs
    • Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources
    • Network with local organizations (e.g., Hotel Association and peers) to source candidates for current or future openings
    • Ensure each new employees receives an appropriate training, appropriate documentation and work material as per the hotel’s policy is being provided
  • Training and Evaluations
    • Support all department heads for their internal training and cross-training
    • Support employees with training to develop within the hotel
    • Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position
    • Support department heads with evaluation procedures of their employees
  • Employees’ Relations
    • Organize team-building activities to maintain a strong company culture
    • Solve employees related issues and relate respective documentation to senior management
    • Responsible for making sure that internal policies and regulations are adhered and followed by employees
    • Conduct disciplinary actions if required
  • Legal and Compliance
    • Ensure employee’s file containing required employment paperwork, proper performance and compensation documentation, are properly maintained and archived
    • Ensure all safety and security policies are known and respected
 
Requirements :
 
  • Mininum of 2 years experience in the human resources management position, hotel industry preferred
  • Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, key performance indicator, reward & recognition, legal issues, manpower rules & regulations, income tax and budgeting
  • Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken)
