Job Description:
  • Provide the first level support of user complaints and record into Support Ticket System
  • Coordinate with IT Technical Support for Support Ticket assignment until resolved
  • Write and send report on the end-users' problems and requests
  • Contact User for Problem Solved confirmation
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT field.
  • Good communication in English & Indonesia.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field. 
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Has strong logical thinking.
  • Neat and structured Administrative Filing
  • Has basic Technical Support knowledge (PC components, Windows, Mail, etc)
