  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s):¬†Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • At least 2¬†Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Training
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Tanggung Jawab :
  1. Melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan terkait dengan soft skill dan product knowledge Hotel.
  2. Membantu HR Manager melakukan coaching dan counseling.
  3. Mendeskripsikan dan membantu departemen dalam membuat training plan.
  4. Memonitoring dan memberikan masukan dalam proses pelatihan (training) departemen.
  5. Mengarsip, menganalisa dan menilai hasil training departemen.
  6. Membuat dan merekap jadwal serta laporan bulanan pelatihan.
  7. Membantu HR Manager menganalisa carieer path karyawan.
