JOB ROLES/PURPOSE:
Identify, manage, monitoring and coordinate with related department to ensure the implementation of Organization Standardization & Talent Management System to support high performance organization.
 
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Design & Review Organization Structure to ensure organization effectiveness & productivity.
  2. Focus on Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Organization Productivity & Ideal.
  3. Manage & coordinates implementation of Talent Management System to ensure the organizations are filled with suitable employees in order to improve organization performance capacity & achieve goals (IDP, Succession Plan, Career Path, Rotation Program/ToD).
  4. Coordinates with Corporate University to ensure the competency growth/improvement of employees (Talent).
  5. Analyze & recommend employees for internal recruitment process (Present Talent Profile) to ensure organization internal fulfillment.
  6. Manage & facilitate employee community program & activity.
Requirement :
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field ; preferably from Psychology
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience with 3 years in the related field.
  • Good in communication and Relationship Management, Tough & love challenges

  • Active to initiate and execute program also coordinates with all levels / departments.
