- Design & Review Organization Structure to ensure organization effectiveness & productivity.
- Focus on Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Organization Productivity & Ideal.
- Manage & coordinates implementation of Talent Management System to ensure the organizations are filled with suitable employees in order to improve organization performance capacity & achieve goals (IDP, Succession Plan, Career Path, Rotation Program/ToD).
- Coordinates with Corporate University to ensure the competency growth/improvement of employees (Talent).
- Analyze & recommend employees for internal recruitment process (Present Talent Profile) to ensure organization internal fulfillment.
- Manage & facilitate employee community program & activity.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field ; preferably from Psychology
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience with 3 years in the related field.
- Good in communication and Relationship Management, Tough & love challenges
