Job Description
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements
  • Identity and manage resources for process improvement projects
  • Assist in planning and executing process improvement projects
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Liaise with other units, for investigating issues, recommending & implementing solutions
  • Monitor, evaluate and enhance customer care flow handling in purpose to give effective and efficient services
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education Background: Bachelor Degree
  • Skill Set: Excellence Analytical thinking, Data mining, Project Management Skill, Excellent in Excel, High-level Reporting skill
  • Experience: Min 1 - 2 year
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
