  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 4¬†Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Having two years experience in handling projects (preferably).
  • Having experiences in Generator, turbo-machinery or rotating equipment
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, oral and written.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in MS Windows environments and with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Good planning, organization skills, negotiation skill, time management and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiar with ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
  • Willing to work on contract base.
  • Provide plan, schedule and working procedure required for the work scope of the project.
  • Prepare tool, equipment, fixture, etc. required for the project to avoid delay of unavailable tools, etc.
  • Monitor the work progress and control the work quality
  • Lead and conduct as required meetings with shop personnel, customer and others.
  • Perform communication / contact with customers on the technical issues or work progress.
  • Provide solution for problems while performing the project with regards to quality, time, and cost.
  • Prepare progress report.
  • Ensures that all works and activities in the workshop and site are done in line with the QESH procedures & Work instruction.
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments (HIRADC) and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments
  • Conduct tool box meeting before work commencement.
  • Conduct Walk thru and observe any unsafe Act and unsafe condition then record by using observation card.
  • Perform accident/incident investigation and reporting, socialize the corrective action taken to co-workers to avoid future reoccurrences.
