Job Description:
  • Fully involved in project life cycle
  • Define project charter and stakeholder management
  • Develop a project management plan and communication management methodologies
  • Create an environment that motivates the organization and project team
  • Define and maintain project quality standards
  • Resolve resource availability issues in the organization
  • Manage project risks and remove impediment
  • Deliver the project on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Project Management, System Analysis, Conversion & Integration
  • Proven experience leading Agile Scrum teams
  • Good knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean & other Agile process frameworks
  • Develop a project management plan and communication management methodologies
  • Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style
