Responsibilities : 
 
  1. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
  2. Responsible to make and distribute consignment and direct purchase order to suppliers and site.
  3. Collaborate with inventory officer to ensure on-time delivery from suppliers including collect and distribute delivery notes/receipt from supplier to site.
  4. Compares invoices agains purchase order and receiving documents to verify receipt of item ordered.
  5. Direct purchase order report in monthly basis.
  6. Consumable usage report based on stock and patient data from site in monthly basis.
  7. Maintain all records and filling from all above activities. 
  8. Able to analyze data for reporting 
Requirements :
        1. Bachelor degree of any major from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00
        2. Have a good commad in english and computer literate
        3. Excellent ability in identifying problem, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
        4. Have an experience in diagnostic or healthcare industry would bean advantage
        5. Expert using Ms Office
