  • Handling whole Assessment process to produce qualified human resources.
  • Being able to work as an individual or a team, work under pressure, and work with close deadline.
  • Being highly responsible for Recruitment & Assessment process while upholding Assessment ethic.
  • Having good relations with various third parties, in particular Ministry of Manpower.
  • Aged 28 years maximal
  • Holder or minimal a Bachelor/Master's Degree, majoring in Psychology (preferably with working experience in Psychology Consultant)
  • Experienced in the same field of work for minimal 3 years, preferably within Multifinance industry.
  • Able to use various interview techniques, psychological tools, and deliver thorough psychological analyses.
  • Independent with good communication skill.
  • Willing to go on business trip.
