Contribute to making Safe-Fire a leader in the territory by acting as the Customer Relationship Manager who helps to build business; manages and grows Safe-Fire equipment sales and service; identifies business opportunities; maintains relationships with clients; identifies product improvements or new products; prepares reports; maintains quality service; maintains professional and technical knowledge; contributes to team effort.
- Act as the liaison between the company and the customers in the territory.
- Coordinate team resources to drive customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Navigate customer networks and build relationship in order to identify current and future opportunities. This will be done through adequate face-to-face interactions within the assigned region and at customer locations to drive relationships, understand customer expectations, and develop leads.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with representatives and distributors in the territory.
- Provide the necessary assistance to the sales team with regard to local cultural expertise, laws and regulations.
- Frequent travel to customer site required.
Qualification and Skill
- Proficient in Chinese and English.
- Bachelor's degree desired.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
