  • Responsible for the overall operational performance of all restaurant outlets
  • Responsible for ensuring control in terms of food and beverage stock, manpower, operational cost
  • Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing operational Policy and Procedure
  • Train, develop, evaluate and motivate staff in order to achieve company’s goals and standard
  • Devise and implement marketing promotional campaigns
  • Overview and creating target achievement on sales and restaurant development
  • Maintain the daily operational by communicate with each MOD in charge and re-evaluate daily and monthly report  from  all outlets
  • Creating and implementing SOP on service and kitchen by giving personal coaching to each MOD in-charge in all restaurants
  • Maintain, develop and improve restaurants image in terms customer service, quality of food and beverage and dining atmosphere
  • Drive initiatives to increase the profile of the restaurants
  • Age 36 – 40 years
  • Minimum S1 in food and beverage or hodpitality college
  • Have an experiences in the same position as operational manager in quick service restaurant for 5 years
  • Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of people management, inventory management, cost control and quality control measures
  • Proven ability to work effectively with wide range of diverse people
  • Self initiative, highly motivated , energetic, inspiring and innovative
  • Ability to work independently and team work with deadline
