- Supervises the activity of the restaurant floor for (Server & Captain).
- Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all service Staff, track food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, create daily manning.
- Should be ready to handle customer complaints as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager and should be able to conduct daily briefing.
- Report to Restaurant Manager
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Supervisor.
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude.
- Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST.
- Must be a highly committed individual.
- Good in English.
- Well groomed and Presentable.
- Ready to be placed at TELKOM TOWER - GATOT SUBROTO
