- Must be Fluent in English both oral or written and Computer literate
- Good in office management and attention in details.
- Have good personalities, communication, and high motivation.
- Honest, responsibility, and trustworthy.
- Able to work effectively and under pressure.
- Manage secretarial administrations
- Arrange or noted all director’s activities and secretarial services on schedule
- Making or saving tender quotation, correspondence, and distributing information
- through the use of telephones, mail or e-mail,
- Organizing computer files and job others from director.
