  • Female, age: 20-30 years old
  • Bachelor or Diploma degree, major Secretary/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum experience 1 year in the same field
  • Having good communication skills in English both written and oral
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Trustworthy and attention to detail is a must
  • Able to work under pressure and multitasking
  • Good appearance, high integrity, proactive, highly motivated and energetic personality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet application
  • Willing to travel in Indonesia and abroad


  • Co-ordinates meetings/schedules, diary and travel agendas for the director
  • Responds to and/or resolves internal/external inquiries regarding problems, complaints and/or general infromation
  • Communication with supplier and customer
  • Arrange all business travel of director and employees
  • Organizing and attending meeting on behalf of director
