To provide sound advice and cost-effective financial services which enable the company to achieve its goals and meet its responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for financial controls on financial reports, forecasting and financial analysis function.
  • To direct and control the financial functions of the company:
  • The company accounts in Jakarta to reflect an accurate view of its financial position.
  • Financial reports are prepared in line with accounting policies, specified and required by Regional Office.
  • Financial reports must comply with all statutory and fiscal requirements of Head Office and the statutes of Indonesia.
  • To ensure that appropriate and accurate management information is available promptly on a timely basis.
  • To be responsible for management reporting to regional finance center in Singapore and reporting to local partner’s head office finance department.
  • To assist senior management in the Strategic Planning process, review and analyze all submissions of business strategy.
  • To provide sound, commercial, financial advice to the Senior Management, Jakarta and other senior executives in Singapore.
  • To maintain the integrity of the Group’s accounting and management information systems to be effective and cost efficient.
  • To respond on a timely and informed basis to questions and requests for analyses from Regional Office.
  • To integrate new business acquired and ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Possess a degree in Accountancy with at least 5 years in managerial position with MNC companies preferably from service industry.
  • At least 3 years of prior working experience in public accounting firm (preferred)
  • Experience with reporting to US HQ and Regional Office
  • Familiar with using SAP B1 and Hyperion preferred
  • Good command of both verbal and written English language
  • Possess good analytical, technical and management skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, thus able to communicate with all levels including different cultures.
  • Must be effective to institute control on corporate policies and implement best practices and at the same time to be sensitive to local operating issues.
  • Must be a team player with highly level of self-esteem in order to enhance motivation within department.
  • Must be able to hands-on and work independently.
