Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the full software development life-cycle, from ideation, through implementation to post- Production support. Interact with cross-functional teams to gather estimates/proposals and generate project plans
  • Manage software implementation projects, including providing full project management, creation and maintenance of implementation documentation and tracking timelines and deliverables
  • Work with solutions team on defining processes and, perpetually identify process improvements to fulfill business functions.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during design and implementation, and in post-Production. Analyze potential partner relationships and associated products
  • Assess and translate requirements and functional specifications from solutions team into technical specifications for directing product feature development
  • Work closely with software engineering team on application architecture and design decisions
  • Participate in projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve methodology

 Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years in technical / software engineer
  • At least master 1 programming language, such as Java / C / C++ / other, Java is preferred (if you are not a technical guy, don't apply for this job)
  • BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with the systems development life cycle (SDLC), with software development or test engineering experience, including scripting, debugging, and implementation experience
  • Experience in design / architect / refactor software
  • Experience in development of Web-based systems
  • Experience defining workflows and processes
  • Telecommunications industry services domain knowledge
  • Devotion to customer satisfaction and program execution with an ability to work well with metrics, numbers and trends
  • Exceptional project management, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills, editing skills, and with a high attention to detail
