Job Purpose
Looking the opportunity in the outlets and provide feedback to the sales team to ensure achievement of sales, market share, and customer satisfaction in CCOD.
Key Accountabilities
  • Monthly survey 1K outlets with 40 outlets per day
  • Executing gold and silver probaion declining audit
  • Executing SR Skill behavioral
  • Executing unproductive reason survey
  • Executing development outlet survey
  • Executing GDM purity survey
  • Executing inactive survey
  • Executing undelivered survey
  • Executing in market opportunity
  • Shadowing SR (Sales Representatives) and guide SR for CCAI way of working
  • Provide the summary for actionable solution
  • Daily monitoring of CVP Dashboard Report for all assigned CCODs, furtherly to identifiy performance gaps and necessary intervention to meet the performance target
  • Establish daily check list for DSM and SR
  • Prepare and organize CVP rollout in designated CCOD area
  • Impellent DSM development plant
  • Preparing onboarding outlet execution in the field
  • Manage SR and develop capability through setting and reviewing SR performance target, regular coaching
  • Escalate underperforming SR to DSM and SM
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any disciplines
  • 0-1 years of working experience in FMCG company / distribution
  • Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
