Job Description
  • Managing recruitment (account) for group of companies.
  • Coordinate & Monitoring activities of Recruiters and periodically review procedures to ensure expectations are met.
  • Update recruitment progress periodically,(weekly,monthly,quaterly),
  • Maintain cooperation with inter department and user/external department/parties.
  • Evaluate recruiters performance and Develop Selection Process and Methods for Any Opportunity for Improvement.
  • Maximum 37 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree any major.
  • From Retail, Distribution, Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience company with exposure handling Job Position form Staff to Director Level with Min 12 Year Experience.
  • Good interpersonal skill, initiative and leadership.
  • Target Oriented and able to work fast and perform in under pressure situation.
