Job Description
  • Establish training system
  • Develop annual training plan & budget
  • Manage onboarding program for new hires
  • Develop Individual Development Plan for each employee
  • Performed 4-level of training system, including training needs analysis, module development, training implementation, and training reporting & analysis on business impact
  • Ensure proper documentation of employee training records
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education Background: Bachelor Degree
  • Skill Set: Analytical Thinking, Design training roadmap
  • Experience: Min 1 year
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
